Today the President declared a new coat of arms, what is a coat of arms? A COA is an official badge or sign used for the identification of a nation. This COA has white flags on the exterior representing the ability for peace, and also represents a blank slate. The Mains de Justice (the arm scepter things) display the embodiment of justice and peace, the plant in the middle is a golden rose, symbolizing a rich and powerful land along with the gold borders.
